Our Mission
Based out of Troy, Michigan, and supporting those in nearby communities, we strive to grow the game of girls lacrosse by providing year-round opportunities for new players to learn the game and more seasoned players to excel and develop outside of the spring season. Our goal is to not only grow the game but grow the girls lacrosse community by promoting the empowerment of young women and the developing a sisterhood of leaders for future generations.

Jillian Pettinato
Founder, Director of Operations
Molded by her passion for community development and youth sports, Jillian has been instrumental in the growth of girls lacrosse in southeastern Michigan, including her organization of the Troy Terps Girls Lacrosse and advocation of girls lacrosse in the Suburban Lacrosse League.

Head Coach, Travel Teams
A Clinton Township, Michigan native, Carly was a 2x All-MIAA selection, Breakthrough Athlete of the Year, and Captain for the NCAA Div III Albion College. Post collegiately, she coaches locally and is passionate about providing more opportunities for the growth of the girls lacrosse game.
cHASE DUNCAN
Head Coach, Youth Development
Chase Duncan is leading up our efforts to develop the skills and knowledge of our youth players and she herself is committed to play in college at Maryville University (Top 10 D2 Program). At the high school level she plays for Triumph on the National premier team the #1 travel team in mi after starting the sport in 3rd grade. Chase also broke 2 Troy High records this past season: Most goals in a single season with 93 having the 9th hardest schedule in all of Michigan. And most goals in a single game with 12. She was named Division 1 First Team All-State in 2024, Honorable mention in 2023, and All-League both years.
